Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

EZBOL is developed and operated by AACodeDigital LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal and business information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be collected when you visit our website, create or use an EZBOL account, use the EZBOL mobile application, communicate with support, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to EZBOL websites, web applications, mobile applications, and related services operated by AACodeDigital LLC. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from or integrated with EZBOL.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how EZBOL is used, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

  • Account information, such as name, email address, phone number, login information, role, and account status.
  • Company information, such as company name, business contact information, company logo, transportation-related identifiers, subscription plan, and account settings.
  • Driver information, including contact information, access status, assignments, and information required to support driver workflows.
  • Customer and transportation information entered by authorized users, including customer names, contact information, pickup and delivery locations, BOL information, notes, and shipment details.
  • Vehicle information, including VIN, year, make, model, drive type, pricing information, and other vehicle details entered, scanned, or decoded through the service.
  • Pickup and delivery information, including status changes, delivery details, receiver information, signatures, and related transportation records.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, application version, timestamps, diagnostic information, and interactions with the service.
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests, administrative inquiries, and information you voluntarily provide when contacting EZBOL.

3. Location Information

Certain EZBOL features may request device location permission when location-enabled functionality is used, including features that support transportation workflows. When applicable, location information is processed only for the relevant feature and subject to the permissions available on the user's device. Users can control device-level location permissions through their operating system settings. Where the Service provides a manual alternative, users may use that alternative instead of granting location access.

4. How Information Is Collected

Information may be provided directly by company administrators, drivers, customers, or other authorized users; generated through use of the service; received from a device with permission; or provided by service providers that support functions such as payments, communications, VIN decoding, mapping, cloud infrastructure, and application delivery.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve EZBOL.
  • Create and manage accounts, companies, drivers, customers, BOLs, vehicles, assignments, and transportation workflows.
  • Synchronize authorized data between devices and support offline-to-online workflows.
  • Generate, store, display, and deliver transportation documents and professional PDFs.
  • Process subscriptions and support billing administration through authorized payment providers.
  • Send account, security, transactional, service, and support communications.
  • Protect the security and integrity of accounts, investigate suspected misuse, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

6. Payment Information

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. EZBOL does not need to store complete payment card numbers in order to provide subscription billing. Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and security practices.

7. How We Share Information

EZBOL does not sell personal information. We also do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:

  • To service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, communications, transactional SMS, mapping, VIN services, security, diagnostics, and application infrastructure. We require service providers handling user data on our behalf to protect that data consistently with their contractual obligations and applicable requirements.
  • To authorized users within the same company account when sharing is necessary for the company's transportation workflow.
  • When requested or directed by an authorized company account holder or user.
  • When required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
  • When reasonably necessary to protect EZBOL, AACodeDigital LLC, our users, customers, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. SMS and Mobile Messaging

If EZBOL sends transactional SMS messages for driver activation, verification, or account security, mobile numbers and messaging consent information are used for those purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Recipients may revoke SMS consent using STOP or another reasonable opt-out method. Additional information is available in the EZBOL SMS Consent Policy.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and web application may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions such as session management, authentication, language preference, security, and other functionality required to provide the service. Where applicable, additional technologies may be used to understand service performance and improve the user experience.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and transportation records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect the security of the platform. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, account status, contractual requirements, and applicable law. When an account-deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify associated personal data unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or other lawful recordkeeping obligations.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Company-Managed Data

When an employer, carrier, or other organization provides an EZBOL account to a driver or other user, that organization may control or have access to business and transportation information associated with its company account. Users should contact their company administrator regarding internal access, corrections, or company-specific data practices.

13. Your Choices and Requests

Depending on your relationship with EZBOL and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. EZBOL users may initiate account deletion through the available account settings in the application and may also contact EZBOL Support regarding privacy or deletion requests. Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal data, subject to information we must or are permitted to retain for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business-record purposes. Where consent is the basis for a permission or communication, users may revoke that consent through the applicable device setting, opt-out mechanism, or support channel.

14. Children's Privacy

EZBOL is a business and professional transportation service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.

15. Processing and Storage in the United States

EZBOL is operated by AACodeDigital LLC from Florida, United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and security protections.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

EZBOL may integrate with or link to third-party services that support functions such as payments, cloud infrastructure, mapping, VIN decoding, communications, and mobile-platform services. Their independent handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When third-party providers process user data on our behalf, we expect them to protect that information in accordance with their contractual obligations and applicable requirements.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as EZBOL evolves, our practices change, or legal requirements are updated. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.

18. Contact Us
