SMS Consent Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

EZBOL, operated by AACodeDigital LLC, a Florida limited liability company, uses transactional SMS messages to support driver account registration, activation, verification, and account security. This SMS program is not used to send advertising or promotional marketing messages.

This policy explains how consent is obtained, what types of messages may be sent, how recipients can opt out, and how mobile information is handled.

1. How Consent Is Obtained

A company administrator may enter a driver's mobile phone number while creating or activating the driver's EZBOL account. Before requesting an SMS access code, the administrator must confirm that the driver has authorized EZBOL to send transactional SMS messages to that number for account activation or verification.

The SMS consent checkbox is not selected by default and must be actively confirmed before a message can be requested. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing an EZBOL subscription.

2. Types of Messages

EZBOL may send transactional SMS messages for:

  • Driver account activation.
  • One-time access or verification codes.
  • Account-related security verification.
  • Other non-marketing messages necessary to complete an account action initiated by the user or company administrator.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on account activity and requests made by the driver or the driver's company administrator. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opting Out

Recipients may revoke consent to EZBOL SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. EZBOL will also honor other reasonable expressions of an intent to opt out as required by applicable law. A final confirmation message may be sent to confirm the opt-out request.

Opting out of SMS may prevent a driver from receiving access or verification codes by text message. In that situation, the driver may need to contact the company administrator or EZBOL Support for another available method of assistance.

5. Getting Help

Reply HELP for assistance with the messaging program, or contact EZBOL Support at [email protected].

6. Mobile Information and Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and messaging opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers that help EZBOL deliver transactional messages, maintain messaging infrastructure, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law, and only as necessary for those purposes.

7. Consent Records

EZBOL may maintain records related to SMS consent, message requests, delivery status, opt-out events, and other information reasonably necessary to operate, document, secure, and demonstrate compliance of the transactional messaging program.

8. No Marketing Requirement

EZBOL does not require consent to receive marketing text messages as a condition of purchasing a subscription, creating a company account, or using the core EZBOL service. The SMS program described on this page is intended for transactional account-related communications.
